Experience the magic of Christmas at “Milford Winterfront”

We’re excited to transform from Milford Waterfront into Milford Winterfront over the festive period this year!  

Christmas lights, Christmas dinners, Christmas shopping… there’s just something about the holiday which gets everyone excited. Whether you’re a scrooge, or have been waiting for this joyful time since the beginning of the year, it’ll be hard not to catch the Christmas buzz at Milford Winterfront.  

If you’re wondering what to do in Milford Haven throughout December, we’ve got you covered! Take a look at some of the things you can do with all the family during this jolly season… 

What’s on over the Christmas period at Milford Winterfront? On the first three Saturdays of December, we’ll be hosting our “Festive Fun” events for all the family to enjoy! 

On Saturday 3rd December we’ll be visited by Santa’s helper, Sparkle the Elf at Milford Haven Museum and two furry festive friends, the Christmas Nutkins who will be spreading the Christmas cheer all around Milford Winterfront.  

There will also be special musical appearances from the Torch Voices Choir and the Local Ministry Area of Roose.  

For Saturday 10th December the Limelight School of Performing Arts will be performing all your favourite Christmas songs as well as the fantastic Milford Haven Town Band, who will be playing popular Christmas pieces.  

We will also be joined by a magical Christmas Tree that’s on the loose causing Christmas chaos in the best way! Don’t worry, the Lairy Fairy will always be close by to keep a watching eye on the dancing Christmas Tree. 

For our final Festive Fun event on Saturday 17th December, we’ll have a visit from two of Santa’s reindeers, Prancer and Dancer! They’re ready to come out from Rudolph’s shadow and bring their holiday spirit to Milford Winterfront.  

There will also be two special guests who will be flying into Milford Winterfront on Saturday 17th December, The Snowman™ and The Snowdog! The Snowman and The Snowdog will be spreading the magic of Christmas at Milford Winterfront during personal appearances at intervals between 11am and 3.30pm, keep an eye on our Facebook page for details of where you’ll be able to see them! 

Our popular Milford Winterfront Christmas Trail will begin on Saturday 3rd December this year! Some of Santa’s close friends are visiting Milford Winterfront this December and are hiding in the shop windows, will you be able to find them all?  

From 3rd December, you can pick up a free trail sheet under the stairs at Martha’s Vineyard by the Milford Marina Office or you’ll be able to download a copy from our website.

To help those who struggle to find the time to shop, we’re excited to introduce late night shopping this December at Milford Winterfront!  

You can show your support to local businesses, when many of our businesses will be staying opening late every Thursday until Christmas Day (from Thursday 1st December until Thursday 22nd December), with some even offering some fabulous special offers and discounts! 

If you’ve built up quite the appetite doing a spot of late night shopping this December, you’re in luck, you won’t be short of options of places to eat here at Milford Winterfront! Whether you’re after a festive feast or a light bite to eat, the eateries at Milford Winterfront have got you covered. 

On the topic of food, have you booked your Christmas party yet or are you looking to avoid the joys of washing up and want to celebrate the big day out of the house? We’ve put together a list of eateries that will make the perfect venue to celebrate the festive period with your family and friends. 

Now Christmas isn’t Christmas without a visit to the Torch Theatre to watch a spectacular pantomime! The Torch Theatre will be showcasing their 2022 pantomime, Sleeping Beauty from Friday 16th December until Saturday 31st December.  

As Pembrokeshire’s only professional pantomime, we’re sure you’ll have a magical time watching Sleeping Beauty, where you can enjoy a show full of fun, laughter and song!
