Feeling the urge to break a sweat? Look no further than B-Fit Health & Fitness Club with their state-of-the-art gym facilities. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, or a newbie eager to kickstart your journey, their gym offers a supportive environment for all levels. With top-notch equipment, expert trainers, and a vibrant community cheering you on, reaching your fitness goals has never been more enjoyable. 

Don’t forget that Milford Waterfront Parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am. The Parkrun is a free, weekly times 5km run, suitable for all abilities! Participants can run, jog, or walk, whilst enjoying the outdoors.
