Haven Acupuncture is a bright and tranquil therapy space in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire run by experienced acupuncturist, Louise Wiseman. Dedicated to giving an exceptional level of individual care by relaxing, healing and soothing your body, mind and spirit, it’s the perfect place for your wellbeing.

Acupuncture is a safe, traditional form of healing which is used to treat many conditions and to promote health and well-being. Commonly used to treat chronic pain, headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual difficulties, recurring infections, and many other problems. It is also used as preventative medicine, strengthening our systems at times of vulnerability leading to exceptional health though natural means.

With over 20 years of experience in practising effective acupuncture, working from a holistic perspective, Louise offers a gentle, effective and professional service, taking the time to listen carefully to fully understand your concerns. With a strong interest in mindfulness, meditation and kindness, Louise is able to explore this in the acupuncture sessions if of interest.

Louise is now proud to be able to offer psychotherapy and counselling under the Affordable Therapy scheme run by Welsh Psychotherapy Institute. She has been training with the institute for 3 years, and as an advanced trainee is able to offer this service locally. As recognition of her continuing training, the sessions will be at a low cost. Haven Acupuncture is also delighted to be expanding the range of therapies on offer, and welcomes John Charles, EMMETT technique and energy therapist. The EMMETT technique is a unique head-to-foot muscle release therapy. Light finger pressure is used to ease discomfort and improve movement for your back, abdomen, hips, legs, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, arms, hands, and neck. Haven Acupuncture is able to aid in the relief of specific health issues or help you to de-stress and leave feeling healthier and happier. Appointments are available throughout the day, including early mornings, lunchtimes and early evenings and home visits are also available where necessary.
