Picnic Areas

With Milford Haven’s waterway right on our doorstep, what better way to enjoy a bite to eat, some time-out from shopping or just to appreciate the panoramic Pembrokeshire views. Our picnic area is not just for summer and can be used all year round, located on the grass area at Pier Head by The Scoop Ice Cream Parlour & Coffee Shop.

Make sure you keep an eye out for our notorious giant Milford Waterfront deck chairs in the summer, where you can soak up the sun whilst enjoying a refreshing ice cream from The Scoop Ice Cream Parlour & Coffee Shop, or why not wander over with a takeaway picnic from the wonderful selection of places to eat at Milford Waterfront – on a sunny day you won’t want to leave!

We have additional picnic areas around Milford Waterfront including hand sculpted benches engraved with designs from the children of Gelliswick VC School located by Spot On Dry Cleaners & Laundry, with a view overlooking the marvellous Milford Marina and Milford Waterfront, plus there are picnic benches at the end of Neptune House and outside the Milford Marina office - both areas overlooking the boats in the marina (see map below).
